Meadows and gardens exploding with a flurry of colour, flowers like glitter on the landscape. Peaches and berries and apples and figs and all the luscious, irresistible fruit, plump and ripe for picking. Spring leaves, dramatically erupting like love letters to the earth. These are a few of our favourite things here at Peach and Bumble. And none of this would be possible without pollinators, and the humble bee.
Pollinators Face Extinction
We love bees, so much so that we named our business after them! Sadly though, 35% of pollinators face extinction because of dangerous human activity such as pesticide use and decimation of wild habitats like meadows.
World Bee Day and 8 Ways to Help Save Bees
To raise awareness of the issue, the UN created World Bee Day. In homage to one of our favourite pollinators, here are our suggestions of ways you can help the bees!
Thank you for caring for our environment!
